Cardholder Identity Verification

ACU will be enabling Cardholder Identity Verification for all cards used on the ACU Wallet App. This feature will help protect you from fraud.

How it works:

• Once logged on to the ACU Wallet App, you will be prompted to select the email or cell number on file with ACU to receive a One-Time Passcode (OTP).
• After receiving the One-Time Passcode (OTP) via email or text, you will be prompted to enter the code on the ACU Wallet App.
• When the code is successfully entered, you will be verified.
