Pay a Loan through ACU Online Banking

Instantly move money from an Associated Credit Union account into your Associated Credit Union loan account, such as a Credit Card, Auto Loan, Mortgage, Home Equity Loan & Line, and Personal Loan. Or schedule a transfer for a later date. This is a free service offered to our members.

To get started, log in to Online Banking, select Move Money within the top navigation, and then select Make a Transfer.

Securely make an Associated Credit Union auto loan, mortgage, or credit card payment using funds from a non-ACU checking or savings account. The service is $1.95 for each transaction. Please allow up to two business days (Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM) to process and post your payment.

MAKE LOAN PAYMENT

Online Bill-Pay from another financial institution

Setup Associated Credit Union as a Payee in the Online Bill Pay you have at another financial institution. Your loan will be paid on time and you will save money on postage.

Transfer Funds from another financial institution

Move money securely from your account at another financial institution to the desired Associated Credit Union loan account. Plus, you can setup a recurring transfer on any date you choose. To get started, contact the financial institution you wish to transfer funds from.

Automated Phone Payment System

Securely make an Associated Credit Union auto loan payment using funds from non-ACU Visa, Mastercard, or Discover debit cards. Please note that ACU mortgages and credit card payments cannot be processed using this system. The service is $13.00 for each transaction. Please allow one business day (Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM) to process and post your payment.

Need to enroll in Online Banking?

To enroll in Online Banking, log in for the first time using your Share Account Number as your Username and the last four digits of your Social Security Number and the four digits of your birth year as your Password. You will be prompted to change this information once logged in.
