Cardholder Identity Verification

ACU will enable Cardholder Identity Verification with your Debit Card in the ACU Wallet App. This feature will help protect you from fraud.

How it works:

• Once logged on to the ACU Wallet App, you will be prompted to receive a One-Time Passcode (OTP) via text to the cell phone number on file with ACU.
• After receiving the One-Time Passcode (OTP) via text, you will be prompted to enter the code in the ACU Wallet App.
• When the code is successfully entered, you will be verified.

The Cardholder Identity Verification will be prompted for each card added to the ACU Wallet App.
